Faster Decisions
Simplify credit applications, eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline processing.
More Information
Examine information, connect relevant details and identify inconsistencies that deserve attention.
Greater Protection
Help your credit team recognize potential fraud before you extend credit.
“I didn't even know you could check that!”
A credit application tells you what an applicant wants you to know. Vetted Credit helps you see beyond it, checking your applicant against millions of records before you ever run a business credit report, and raising the questions you never thought to ask.
Fraudsters apply everywhere. NACM sees everywhere.
A credit application tool on its own sees one company's applicants. Vetted Credit is built on the NACM network, so every member is protected by what the whole network sees.
A shared fraud network
When one applicant floods several NACM members with applications in the same few weeks, every one of those members is warned, as it happens.
NACM trade data
See how an applicant actually pays its suppliers, from the trade payment experiences NACM members report.
Public records built in
NACM keeps bankruptcy and federal tax lien records on its own servers, so applicants are searched by tax ID, owner and street address, not just by name, along with the US Treasury's sanctions lists, before you extend a dollar of credit.
Built by credit people
Designed by the association credit professionals have relied on since 1896, with the credit decision, references and ECOA notices in one place.
Information with a personal element
Vetted Credit is more than a software platform. Through our relationship with the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), we combine advanced technology with access to business credit information and industry intelligence that conventional software providers cannot easily replicate.
NACM’s extensive network of members, business associates, vendors, and industry credit groups provides valuable insights into emerging scams, suspicious activity, and potential credit risks. This combination of technology, information, and human experience helps us identify concerns that automated systems alone might overlook.

Checks on every application, automatically
They run the moment an application is submitted, and again when new information arrives. Strong signs of fraud are emailed to your credit team straight away. New checks are added as fraudsters change tactics, and your NACM affiliate can tailor which ones run for your business.
Sanctioned parties
The business, its owners and its address screened against the US Treasury's OFAC sanctions lists, updated daily, with open applications screened again whenever the lists change.
Bust-out and flooding
The same business, owner, FEIN, email or phone applying to several NACM members at once.
Shared contact details
An email, phone, IP address or FEIN already used by a different business.
Owner identity
SSNs that can't be real, and the same SSN appearing with another name or date of birth.
Fake FEINs
Federal tax ID numbers with prefixes the IRS has never issued, and made-up numbers.
New and look-alike websites
Company websites registered weeks ago, and email domains that don't match the business.
Where they applied from
Applications from outside your countries, or hidden behind a VPN, proxy or data centre.
Rigged trade references
References that use the applicant's own contact details, or answer from the applicant's own computer.
Throwaway email
Disposable and free email addresses standing in for a real business domain.
Bankruptcies and tax liens
Matched on the business FEIN and each owner, with every match shown for you to review, and an alert when the applicant says it has never filed but the records say otherwise.
Same address, new name
Bankruptcies and unpaid tax liens left at the applicant's address by an earlier business that may have closed and reopened under a new name.
What the web says
Complaints, lawsuits and scam reports about the applicant, found for you and kept with the application, and a flag when a business has no web presence at all.
From application to decision, in one place
No more PDFs, faxes and chasing references by phone. Your customers apply on your own website, and you get a complete, checked file to decide on.

More than an online form
