Vetted Credit™ replaces the PDF, the fax and the phone tag with one online process: your customers apply, the checking happens on its own, and you make the call.

  1. Build your application

    Choose the questions your application asks, and add your own terms of sale and personal guaranty. Add your logo and colour, and preview the form exactly as your customers will see it.

  2. Put it in front of customers

    Embed the application on your website with a few lines of code (a WordPress plugin is included), or email a customer their own link straight from Vetted Credit.

  3. Your customer applies and signs

    A clear, mobile-friendly form with an electronic signature. Applicants get a confirmation, and can check their application's status at any time.

  4. References ask themselves

    Each trade reference with an email address is asked as soon as the application arrives, answers online, and is reminded automatically if they don't.

  5. Fraud checks and the score

    Every fraud check runs, and Vetted Credit builds a score from 0 to 100 from NACM trade payments, bureau scores, the references' answers, time in business and any derogatory items. The score guides your credit policy; it never makes the decision for you.

  6. Decide, and stay compliant

    Approve, decline or ask the applicant for more. Declining sends the adverse action notice required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, with the reasons you choose.
